Since those pathetic little maggots at the Utah Republican State Central Committee refused to bow down to our demands, we are forced to take matters into our own hands. That means we need 100,000 of you commoners to sign our petition. So do it already, we're growing tired of talking to you.

The Caucus System in Utah is the best way to make sure a grass roots process can work over large amounts of money. It is the only way someone with $100,000 can go against someone with $2,000,000 in election funds. We have a system that that does NOT favor the incumbent, wealthy or famous. This is a good thing.

This fake web site shows how nervous the various republican county committees are about "Count My Vote". I was a delegate, and now the party is eating its own. When Mike Leavitt and Norm Bangerter are considered "liberal", it how's how far right (and how non-compromising) the party has become. A sad state of affairs.

I don't consider them liberal - I consider them greedy. They are about more power for the rich and already powerful. Rigging the system to favor the elite has been the name of the game since time immemorial.

This is the dumbest state in the Union. The latest embarrasement is the protest scheduled for today at the Board of Education. re: Core Requirements. Some other things that bother me are: animal cruelty(cock fighting, not passing bills to protect animals, poor conditions for animals everywhere). I feel sick thinking about the neglect of children and animals in this state.

With all due respect, please move to a more enlightened state.

There are many independent animal rescue groups everywhere - please find one and help out. There is also Best Friend's Animal Sanctuary - the largest no-kill animal shelter in the world. Not wanting a soviet-style education system is not backward - wanting one is. It is exactly because some are not neglecting their children that they are not allowing the state to raise them. That sick feeling you have is from swallowing too much pc whole.

The causus system might be workable if those who are elected as delegates were accountable for their votes at the county and state conventions. As it is, they say what people at the caucus meeting want to hear to get elected as a delegate, then vote how they want to regardless; and no one is the wiser.

Then require that their votes be public. There, all fixed.

Short of that, demand that your delegate text a picture of his ballot to anyone who wants.

"pathetic little maggots at the Utah Republican State Central Committee"

Wow, it's funny how parody sometimes so neatly encapsulates the truth!

I did not know that I was a "pathetic little maggots at the Utah Republican State Central Committee"! Today I was told that CMV was a "Republican initiative". Which I did not accept! My reply was that the people pushing this that are Republicans probably could not get elected as a delegate at their caucus.
